FAQs

Find clear answers about our academic programs, admissions, and the journey ahead for your child.

What is the academic calendar?
Our year runs from January to December, divided into three terms with scheduled breaks. The calendar aligns with the national examination timetable for ZIMSEC.
What A-Level subject combinations exist?
We offer a wide range of combinations across sciences, commercials, and arts, including mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry, accounting, business studies, geography, and literature. Our academic advisors help tailor combinations to university aspirations.
How does admissions work?
Admissions involve an application form, previous school reports, and an entrance assessment. The process differs slightly between primary, O-Level, and A-Level entry points. Contact your preferred centre directly for specific intake dates.
Are scholarships available?
Yes. Herentals offers a limited number of academic scholarships and bursaries based on merit and need. Awards are determined by entrance examination performance and a review of the family's circumstances. Inquire at any centre for application details.
Which syllabus do you follow?
We deliver the ZIMSEC syllabus across our primary and secondary centres. Confirm with the centre nearest you for subject combinations and intake dates.
